Dr. Trudy Honore - GP Department
Dr Honore graduated from Otago Medical School and obtained her Fellowship in General Practice in 1998.
She has always been a strong advocate of quality in General Practice. She has been involved in establishing clinical schools, doctor supervision, an examiner for the New Zealand Medical Board and teaching of medical students.
Presently she works full time in General Practice as well as being a Senior Lecturer for the University of Queensland. She also teachers for the Sunshine Coast clinical school having medical students in her practice. She has published a book on “Grief and Loss.”
Dr Honore has a strong positive bond with other consultants on the Sunshine Coast in all areas of Medicine. She sees all General Practice issues and is a strong patient advocate.

Professional statement : Dr. Shaun Boorboor has been living in Australia since 2010. He has a neurosurgical background when he was in Iran. Dr. Shaun has been in general practice since 2011. His interests include Chronic Disease Management, allergy and skin. He runs “The Sunshine Allergy Clinic” where he does allergy testing and delivers immunotherapy to allergy patients.
Dr. Shaun is also an Accredited Skin Cancer Doctor. He studied in “Skin Cancer College Australasia”, certified by “SCCA” 
Dr. Sal Dayananda - GP Department
Dr. SAL Salpadoru Dayananda has wide experience in all aspects of general practice having worked in New Zealand and Australia for over 39 years. Dr. Sal has been working in Australia for the last 15 years. Dr. Sal’s special interests are Pediatrics and Diabetes. Dr. Sal is fluent in both English and Sinhalese. On his days off he enjoys Photography, reading and watching cricket with his wife, 3 children and 4 grandchildren.
