Professional Statement: Nicola is an accomplished counsellor and EMDR therapist with over 15 years’ experience supporting clients with a diverse range of mental health presentations.
Her journey into private practice has been driven by her passion to help individuals heal from trauma, as well as address uncomfortable and distressing symptoms relating to stress, anxiety and depression. She also has a special interest in perinatal mental health and couples counselling.
Nicola accepts GP referrals for clients 16 years and older with a mental health care plan (Medicare rebate of $87.25 per session), as well as from third party funding including: NDIS (plan and self-managed only); Victims Services (NSW); QPS SelfRefer; Bupa – Open Arms Veterans Services; WorkCover; and EAP (Telus Health).
