To reduce this, we would like to invite you to make an appointment to come into the ERA Doctors for a health check. It is for everyone aged between 45 and 49 who may be at risk of developing a health complaint, like diabetes or heart problems.<\/p><p>The aim of the health check is to help find, prevent or lessen the effect of disease. After all, it is better to avoid disease than treat it. This health check will give us the opportunity to look at your lifestyle and medical\/family history to find out if you are at risk.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e87137e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e87137e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"content\" class=\"site-content\"><div class=\"ed-container\"><div id=\"primary\" class=\"content-area no-sidebar\"><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>If you are currently within the age of 45 and 49 you may have a \u201crisk factor\u201d.
